The threat now moves at machine speed.

In April 2026, Anthropic's Claude Mythos model demonstrated the ability to autonomously discover and exploit zero-day vulnerabilities across major operating systems and browsers, without human assistance. It was a watershed moment for the security industry, a signal of where the field is heading rather than an isolated event.

Independent research now shows the average time between a vulnerability's disclosure and its exploitation has collapsed from roughly two years in 2018 to under a day in 2026. Defensive teams built around human response times are being asked to operate at a pace they were never designed for.

This series brings together CISOs and senior security leaders from across the region to discuss what changes when both sides of the fight have access to autonomous capability, and what a modern security architecture needs to look like to keep up.
